- Cult Palomino was shown backstage stating Doomtrain's motivation was getting his hands on GWA World Champion Jeff Johnson, while Brewer's motivation was winning back the gold he never lost. He predicted nothing would stop Doomtrain and Brewer in the GWA World Tag Team Title tournament.
- The Killer came to the ring and called Apokalupsis a thorn in his side since his return to the GWA. He showed us what happened last Sunday at the Riot in the Ring, where he was eliminated by Apokalupsis with the help of Johnny Bulldog. The exiled member of The Shadows could not wait to get his hands around Apokalupsis' throat and wanted to demonstrate what he would do to his "accomplice" tonight.

- Mike Lio appeared in Bulldog's corner for a "one night only" Dangerous Brothers reunion. Following the win, the new and improved Bulldog declared it his mission to win the GWA World Title and complete the Triple Crown.
- Our next pay per view event, Thunderdome, was announced for Sunday, April 16. Who would we see in the most dangerous match in all of the GWA?
- After the commercial, Magic Ref asked Mike Lio where things stood with the Firestarters in light of recent events. Lio responded he respected Brewer. Magic retorted by asking him if screws were knocked loose upon taking two Destiny Drops in the Riot in the Ring.
- Brewer marched to ringside with Doomtrain and told the monster he had a choice to consider. With Lio still in the ring, Brewer said if their team The Hated won the GWA World Tag Team Title tournament, Doomtrain would have to decide whether or not to wear a Firestarters t-shirt.

- With the ref knocked down three times during the match, The Hated took advantage and advanced to meet CJ Busha and Jeff Johnson for the GWA World Tag Team Titles. Doomtrain grabbed the mic and screamed he was coming for Johnson. Suddenly, Jeff Johnson hopped the guardrail from behind and dropped Doomtrain with a reverse neckbreaker.
- Cody Hodges, in response to Testimony of Truth on Tuesday Night Spotlight, claimed he had a mystery opponent for Truth this Tuesday and implied he was going after the International Title. Testimony confronted him, insisting he did not want to fight mystery opponents or wait until Tuesday. GWA officials had to separate the two as Showcase went off the air.
