- The pay per view began in the trainyard, with GWA World Tag Team Champion Doomtrain sitting on a caboose. John E. Gravely came in and announced he had an ace up his sleeve, and out of a car emerged Mike Lio, who said he'd stay on the sidelines and commentate the match.
- Trainwreck match: Doomtrain over John E. Gravely via stuffing him in the car.
- Doomtrain locked Gravely in the trunk, and then picked up the briefcase, which had Gravely's contract in it. He proclaimed he owned Gravely and left the scene.
- Steel cage match: Rob Wyatt over Testimony of Truth via pinfall.
- International Title Texas Death match: Thayne Bell over Dylan Black via KO to become the NEW International Champion.
Dylan Black is injured for 1 week.
- After the match, Blitz returned and hit Thayne with a Blitzkrieg and held the title over his head.
- The Killer over Blitz via submission.
Blitz is injured for 2 weeks.
- Killer refused to let go of the submission move, making a statement to the GWA and Blitz, exclaiming "Welcome back!"
- Thayne Bell then returned to ringside and bashed Blitz over the head with the International Title before hitting his finisher, sending a statement to the returning star.
- The Tournament of Bruises pay per view was announced for Sunday, December 17.
- GWA World Title match: Veronica Moon over GWA World Champion/GWA World Tag Team Champion Brewer via DQ. Brewer retained the GWA World Title.
- Moon controlled the match, but a distraction by Doomtrain caused her to lose focus allowing Brewer to assault her with the title in view of the referee.
- The Hated ran up the ramp, laughing and celebrating when all of a sudden, Dexter Point's music hit. The crowd erupted after the first few notes and the champs looked around frantically. Brewer then pulled out Dexter Point glasses and put them on before cackling and throwing them to the ground, stomping on them. He declared we'd never see Dex again, while the show went off in thunderous boos from the fans.
