-The scene opens up and a small wooden room with a single window in frame on the right side of the camera. From the outside we can see various limbs of a tree swaying in the wind. In the center of the shot is two teenage boys. One is wearing a class shirt and glasses, his bottoms simply a pair of blue jeans and tennis shoes. The other, a fresh faced blonde wearing a blue tee-shirt and also a pair of blue jeans however they don't have the noticeable wear of the former. These strapping young lads, both on hands and knees, are overlooking several papers scattered along the floor.-
"Hey dude, you think there's anything to all this? I mean we all could clearly see what happened,'
"Even if there isn't anything to it, we were given money to find out. Regardless of the results. Remember we're only trying to seek the truth."
"Yeah but, what if the client only wants one answer? Like what if he can't handle the truth?"
"that's on them. We're professionals. Whatever we find out, Besides dude, we were paid in advance."
-The one in glasses begins to sift through the papers looking over each individually for a few moments. His expression changes for one in particular and picks it up. He looks like he reads it further, deep in thought. The other one in blue, looks over at the paper unsure of what the former even sees in this. It's clear he follows along though, maybe in an attempt to figure out what the other sees in this potential new lead. The one in glasses smirks slightly.-
"I think we already have our first lead."
"What do you mean?"
"You see this right here?"
-The boy in glasses points to a particular spot on the sheet and taps it a few times. The other one, a bit confused already reads a few lines ahead, the line itself and a couple after. He only offers a quizzical stare, A smug look appears on the one in glasses's face.-
"Come on now, think about it. Why would our client give us all this if they didn't have an inkling themselves?"
"Well I don't know, maybe they are delusional!"
"That may be so, but please, try to think outside the box right now."
-The boy in blue looks it over one more time, and as if by divine revelation also points at the same line. The two look at each other now and nod. They have their first lead.-
